Nespresso Boutique - Vancouver

The Pacific Centre Nespresso location is clean and organized. But it lacks the welcoming environment of the previous Nespresso Boutiques located downtown. Staff are knowledgeable and efficient. I'll continue picking up pods from this location, but I'm disappointed the experience feels more like a grocery store pick-up space than a boutique.

I was in line behind Trey Williams (previous review) and he shouldn't be asking the staff personal questions, throwing unjustified comments that makes them uncomfortable and then leaving an unfair review. That being said, the team in downtown always went above and beyond to make sure I get the best service and help. They always offer me tastings of new coffees when I'm purchasing and let me know if I have any specials on my account .
